New York-based developer Tidal Real Estate Partners has big plans for a new 20-story building at 321 Pharr Road, a prime location located in Buckhead! The new Buckhead real estate will be an addition to the multiple apartment buildings that we have seen in Buckhead. Rent for the apartments will be among the higher end for the neighborhood. One-bedroom units are estimated to start around $2,800/ month, and larger units estimated at $5,200/ month. Even though prices are on the higher end they are proposing a one half of rental amount for up to 5 years for Atlanta Police officers. Are we excited about more apartment complexes coming to Buckhead?
