Finding and purchasing a condo that will meet your needs is a significant and often stressful time. My goal is to make this transition as smooth as possible.  Once we learn what it is that you’re looking for, finding your dream home is simple. High rise living is very popular amongst people who want to live in the city. Finding a condo in Buckhead give you a chance to have that amazing view of the sky with the perfect high rise building. High-rises are great but have you seen high rises with floor to ceiling windows? Now those are a view in itself. Buckhead offers many different options of condos and we are going to find what fits you the best! I am here to learn about you, what will make you happy at the end of this journey. If you are not happy then I am not doing my best.

The first thing to decide is what type of Loan you are interested in. Some condos are not FHA supported and FHA is not accepted. This can be for a variety of reasons, including a mixed, used building, and more. Click HERE to find out why a condo building might not be FHA supported and how to find out which Atlanta and midtown building are supported.

Most condos come with strict HOAS, make sure you are prepared to follow HOA rules. If you are looking for something more linent be sure to express this to me when we begin your process. A condo might not be right for you if you like more control over your property.

Before you start looking for a home you should ask yourself a few questions:

  • Where do you want to live? Are there particular neighborhoods or communities that you like?

  • What kind of house would you like (need)? Are you looking for a particular style? How many bedrooms and bathrooms do you want?

  • Is a home office a necessity? Do you need a bonus room or flex-room?

  • Do you entertain often? Is a home suitable for entertaining something you’re looking for?

  • Do you want a yard, pool, gated or guard gated community?

  • Have you determined your price range or consulted a lender to determine the best price range?

  •
